Utilize proven sales techniques to build customer relationships to enhance the customer buying and service experience Opportunity to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, quality objectives, and service objectives to earn extra incentives Interact proficiently with a variety of online systems to provide the right solutions that meets the customer's needs Flexibility to work varied schedules which may include evenings, weekends and holidays. Demonstrated ability to sell, meet goals and multi-task to solve customer's problems. Exceptional relationship-building skills to connect with customers in an in-bound call center environment. Requirements: 1+ years' Sales experience 1+ years' Call Center experience preferred 1+ years' Customer Service experience Up selling skills and techniques Knowledge on how to overcome objections Ability to work between the hours of 8am to 10pm on the weekdays Ability to work between the hours of 8am to 7pm on the weekends Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug screen.
