This is an exceptional opportunity to do innovative work that means more to you and those we serve. *Location*: Nationwide, but preferably in Cerritos, CA or Western US The*/GRS Sales & Product Consultant/*is responsible for partnering with all GRS and Commercial business units to represent CareMore Health-supported solutions for group retiree populations. This can include MA, MAPD and health care delivery solutions. Typical retiree eligible group size is 251-2500. Works with CareMore Health leadership on all efforts associated with increasing the penetration of this book of business and converting customers/selling new customers to CareMore supported solutions. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: * Partner with GRS and Commercial Account Management for Large Group, Labor and Trust and ANA to convert existing COB and Medicare supplement look alike customers to CareMore supported solutions. * Participate in GRS conversion strategy in partnership with GRS leadership team and commercial account management teams to align overall account strategies, prioritize accounts and facilitate ongoing strategic discussions in local markets. * Influences customer retention strategies with commercial account executives in order to position MA and MA-PDP solutions. * Work with GRS to ensure all groups select appropriate products for the size and type of account. * For custom groups ensure customizations are aligned to customer needs and expectations and that the organization can profitably deliver on customer commitments. * Spearhead CareMore solutions in working with proposal teams, underwriting and group implementation on identified opportunities.
