*Robotic Process Automation Systems Analyst II*
The*Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Systems Analyst II *is responsible for translating moderately complex and varied business needs into business process automation application requirements. Possesses full technical knowledge of most phases of systems and business analysis and is able to consider the business implications of the application of RPA technology to current and future business environments. Responsible for assisting in defining the project scope, and managing the defined scope, of Robotic Process Automation applications.
* Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Defines the functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements for Robotic Process Automation applications as a business subject matter expert, and act as a liaison between the business and RPA Developers.
Provides the link between the technical and the business views of RPA solutions by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
Leads RPA requirements definition, design, testing, training and implementation support.
Applies use of tools to define requirements and documentation.
Provides analysis of efficiencies related to system enhancements/automation.
Works with IT learning organization to assist in the development of automation training documentation and provides training to end users.
Assists with developing use cases.

* Ensures high level RPA designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and mapped to approve requirements.
* Assists in developing training documentation and proactive identification of additional documentation needs.
